The service personnel should follows the rules as following: 1. Take the initiative door-to-door services on a regular basis, in principle, insulating varnish should be served every three months, other products every six months; 2.Be careful to understand the products’ storage, usage, maintenance, and other aspects whether they are appropriate, take the initiative and right way to guide users to use the products; 3. Understanding  existing technology and quality defects in the process of usage, and suggestting improvements to the user; 4. Respond initiatively to users because of quality problems(improper use of users), and help them to maintain the products or write improving comments and suggestions to the users; 5. Should take serious attitude, civilized language and norms , and wear special clothing and special signs.
